A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Misty Mixers. Quotations are valid for 5 days unless otherwise stated.

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upon confirmation. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be liable for up to 100% of the booking value, depending on costs already incurred. Any changes to guest numbers, menu selections, event times or location must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.

Service begins and ends at the times stated on the quotation. Additional hours requested on the day of the event are subject to staff availability and will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, level and accessible working area; ensuring adequate power, lighting and water access where required; providing any permits or venue approvals necessary for the event; an ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for supplying all alcoholic beverages.

All Misty Mixers bars, equipment, glassware and accessories remain the property of Misty Mixers. The client accepts responsibility for any loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear and tear during the event.

Staffing requirements are determined by Misty Mixers based on guest numbers and service requirements. Staff are employed solely by Misty Mixers and may not be hired directly during or after the event without written consent.

Misty Mixers shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents or other unforeseen events.

Misty Mixers may photograph or film our bar setup and drinks for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

While every reasonable care is taken, Misty Mixers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage arising from the event, except where required by law.

Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
